Itchy Anus from the within
it a very strange , it is a itch internally in the anus and it can't be reach .. and driving me crazy... I thought initially it is hygiene related , so i try to clean my anal with water every time i clear my bowel... but it seem not to help..

It could possibly be internal hemorrhoids or intestinal worms, i.e. pinworms. I would recommend consulting your physician for an assessment and recommendations.
You could of torn yourself washing the area can make things worse if it is a tear it will heal eventually but it should be left,other possibi;ities could be worms.
