LDL Cholesterol concerns
I'm 53yrs old and went for a fasting LDL cholesterol test.  I drank coffee prior to the test w/ half & half (16oz).  My results came back 109 which is in the "near/above optimal" range.  I'm concerned.  The test was done 2 hours after I drank the coffee with cream.  Could the cream have caused this spike or is this something I need to get tested again?  Thank you so much.
