Left side under ribs pain

Hi, I'm 26 years old, very healthy, I woke up today with a pain on the left side of the ribs, I'm pretty sure is not a rib, gotta be something else, the pain it's not to deep, and to hard, but bothers me, the pain it's not permanet, It comes and go constantly, like something stabbing me, and also I got a lot of gases, more than usual and like in my intestine there is some congestion, but not too much, can any one please, tell me if I gotta worry about this, or it's just gas congestion, thank you very much...........
