Leision mid dorsum of tongue

II am a 46 yr old female,Shamefully i smoke approx 15 cig per day for the past 20 yrs.
I have a raised  hard leision on middle part dorsum of tongue which has been apparant for several months now.I also have a lump {mobile fixed} right above muscle near left temple approx 1 cm. I have been seen doctor in which referred me to a specialist surgeon ,which arranged a biopsy for both leisions. I have to wait two weeks for results ,which is apparently standard proceedure.However the waiting is driving me crazy. Both leisions are unusual both in appearance and sight. Was told there could be several reasons for this some  of not too much concern,the biopsy was to rule out the much worse ...
I guess the Much worse is Cancer  that they are referring to..
I also have other things going on with me  most of which have been apparent for some time now all in the head area. Im not sure they are all  related to the same thing.SHARP PAIN IN BACK OF HEAD [LIKE KNIFE } on lasts  15 or so seconds  and can come go weeks on end then irregulary throughout the day.
I get hot flushess at night although could be a womens thing. I have  non healing sores on my scalp back head area [bottom hairline] i suffer bad sinuses  to the point where lumps and bumps come up around my temple and eye brows bridge nose area .i am experiencing increasing deafness and waves of blurred vision from time to time...
PLEASE IS THERE ANY  ONE ELSE THAT HAS EXPERIENCED SIMILAR OR THAT MAY HAVE ANSWERS ON THIS.. I UNDERSTAND YOU CAN ONLY ADVISE COMMENT BUT FROM YOUR HONEST OPINION DO YOU THINK I HAVE CANCER???? PLEASE HELP ME WITH ANY ANSWERS  OR THOUGHTS ON THIS GOOD OR BAD... MUCH APPRECIATED :) JENN
