Lump on arm

I had a small lump about the size of a large pea appear on my right arm about a month ago, it moved up and down my arm if I pushed it.   it seamed like it was attached to a "string"  I could feel it stretch to the end.  then it anchored itself about a week ago and now it does not move any more.

I also have lumps under my rib cage, had one removed and was told it was just fatty tissue but they do not move like this one or appear to be attached.

Is this something I should worry about?
