Hi all - I am 27 year old female .....
I just notice a hard moveable tube like lump on my right pelvic side... Kinda where my thigh an hip meet... The lump is hard and about the length of my pinkie ... It does move ... It's painless and under the skin

Went today... The area is now bruised... Doc thinks I might of walked into
Something ( which I move fast and walk into alot of things ha) ... And it's either a pool of clotted blood or a crushed a lymph node.. Said give it 3 weeks and if it doesn't go down or go away he will sono the area

I called the doc and left a message being it's Sunday- hopefully they call back tomorrow to make an appointment
It may be a lymph node, and any swollen lymph node should be investigated. Chances are that the lymph node is swollen in response to an infection of some type, perhaps even a mild one, but I think a doctor's visit is in order. It is not safe to ignore this.
