Unfortunately, not even LASIK will help with the reading issue. When a person reaches a certain age, usually late 30's and early 40's, the lens within the eye starts to lose its firmness and causes blurry vision. This is called PRESBYOPIA...or OLD EYES. I bet if you squint you see better when reading. But squinting isn't all that great for long periods of time. Swallow the pride and get used to the reading glasses Teejay.  You could try contact lenses also. Its amazing what choices are available for presbyopia.  If you have alot of money, you could get a special surgery. Its like caterac surgery...the inner lens within your eye is replaced with a permanant lens that won't lose its firmness. Usually one eye is done, the dominant eye. Talk with your eye doctor.  Good luck!
You may want to consult with a urologist regarding the sperm/ejaculation issue. You could have a swollen prostate.
