Mass in Left Arm pit!

In 2005 I had a grapfruit size mass under my left arm and a softball size mass under my left arm.  They were surgically removed and pathology said they were begin breast tissue.  I had a suddent onset of a knot that start swelling in th eright arm pit,  by the next day it had doubled in size pain was horrible.  The er doctor said it was an abcess it was lance, to the Dr. suprise not an abcess and not draining.  I have also had a suden tonset of sever ful like symptoms with a high white count and I am on my second round of antobiotoics and pain medication.  Sonogram showed a mass surrounded by blood>  What is this and will it have to be surgically removed.  My incision is still open but not draining and I am going down hill rapidly.

They actually did surgery because it ruptured on day 8 filled with green pus. Surgery was done on day 13 for a second abscess deep in the axillary cavity.  I still have a huge open wound.

It is hard to say what it is...I am guessing they will send it to pathology for examination to find out what it is.
