Medicaid for fulltime students?

I am a fulltime student and have not found work? I was told that I could possibly be accepted for medicaid, is this true?

yes, its true..even if you had some income you are still able to get it..if you are below federal poverty which i believe for party of two has to be like 2k not sure what it is for one person..look into it..u dont have to be full time student either..

I would call the medicaid office and ask them, maybe the school you are attending could also give you some ideas.

Medicaid is generally for low income families and the disabled. I'm not sure you qualify just because you can't find work.  Medicaid is very straightforward as to who qualifies.  Google MEDICAID and it will pull up all types of info including the rules in your state.  I don't think there is free insurance for full time students, but again google it and you might find something.  Goodluck...
