Medication combo question

My psych doc started me on Rexulti last friday and is going to be starting me on Vyvanse in the next few days. I know that, at least most, antipsychotics reduce the effectiveness of stimulants due to their dopamine blocking properties. Rexulti, like Abilify, is actually a partial dopamine agonist as opposed to a dopamine antagonist. How would a stimulant work in conjunction with a partial dopamine agonist like Rexulti? I am prescribe the Rexulti for depression/anxiety in conjunction with Prozac and Cymbalta. The Vyvanse is being added to treat my severe ADHD, I am the mostly inattentive type. I just want to be able to think and focus clearly. If this combo will still allow that I would be happy, if not than I may need to talk to my doc. Thanks for any responses.
