your question belongs to an Expert but anyway I'm pretty sure that you must avoid ingesting Xanax and Lorazepam together because they are both strong anxiolitics and belong to the same category of psychotropic drugs. you should be taking either one or the other. a secondary risk is to poison the liver with excessive assumption of drugs.

You should never self diagnose or decide the doses without consulting a Doctor. better if more than one doctor.

there is a Moderate risk from these two combinations (it depends on the dosage obviously)

lorazepam ↔ citalopram

alprazolam ↔ citalopram

MONITOR: Central nervous system- and/or respiratory-depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients.

MANAGEMENT: During concomitant use of these drugs, patients should be monitored for potentially excessive or prolonged CNS and respiratory depression. Ambulatory patients should be counseled to avoid hazardous activities requiring mental alertness and motor coordination until they know how these agents affect them, and to notify their physician if they experience excessive or prolonged CNS effects that interfere with their normal activities.

Alprazolam (Xanax) and lorazepam are in the same class of meds called benzodiazepines and there is absolute no reason to take both meds.. Follow your doctor's directions
