Mid-back and chest pain

Mid-back and chest pain

I get a redness at the vertebral region between the thoracic and lumbar region which is measured around one inch going up and down at that location.  I start to see finger like redness going from this location to my left lower and mid back which eventually makes it way to my left lower ribs. I feel a deep pain which feels like its muscle related throughout this area and at times start to feel a deep pain on the chest area making it hard at times to take deep breaths.  This all occurs around mid-day until I go to sleep.

It sounds to me like you have some misaligned vertebrae that are pressing on some nerves. I would see a chiropractor, they would be able to help this and you would probably feel better in no time.
