Hi, I approx 10 wks ago when doing the school runs I started sweating load and had shortness of breath then 2wks followed bad sinuses todate I've had to use spray to open my sinuses to stop the pressure building in my head 3 wks later all the following still going on my feet hands face swelled up and went down, then I started to have pain in my hands wrist and swelling the pain was in my wedding finger shooting up to my shoulder, pain has went to my knees to the extrem I can't walk up stairs without pain, 2 days ago I had pain on the right side while peeing and  last night I was drinking a drink and found it hard to swallow I noticed a small lump which moves up and down when I swallow. Please note I don't have a fever while sweating. Any suggestions I have seen a gp student last wk she didn't give me anything to help with my symptoms she sent me to have my bloods checked which I had to wait a wk to have these done its 11 wks now I have been like this.
