most likely you breath through your mouth when sleeping that will cause dry mouth. as for your eyes buy drops for dry eyes.

MR. M.J. Drink more water all through the day.And at night before you go to bed, even if you have to were a diaper in bed. Also any kind of liquid drinks except for Alcohol causes the dry outs and dehydration, try lowering your Sodium intake such as salt (S) wash your face before bedtime, even try you air condition,Iknow tha makes a big difference for me as I have Asthma,no dry outs though.See your Doctor.God bless you and Ill be praying for you.

you're wrong! "any kind of liquid drinks except for Alcohol causes the dry outs and dehydration"  Alcohol dries out the mouth and plenty of drinks don't dry out the mouth

You could have sjorgrens syndrom (syndrome).I have this .It is a form of lupus. But I favour the comment by Jimdandee. You probably breath through your mouth when you sleep. I use the eye drops and simulated saliva mouth spray which helps tremendously.

Could be the air is very dry in your room, try using a humidifier. Also, start drinking more water and use a good, eye drop for dry eyes.
