Multiple infections occurring on only right side of body - should I be concerned?

So recently I have developed a couple of infections/health concerns, and oddly enough they seem to only effect the right side of my body. I have a slight tension-type headache in the right side of my head, sinus pressure on the right side of my face, a swollen right tonsil, and bronchitis-like symptoms effecting only my right lung. Now I have been struggling with panic attacks and health anxiety for the past couple of months so naturally these symptoms, and especially their unilateral nature, are causing me some worry. I fear cancer or tumors or something of the malignant sort. Should I be worried or is it relatively normal to experience such infections on only one side?
