My breath smells bad how can I fix this?

It’s been going on for a long time (couple years maybe). I believe my nose has something to do with the smell. My nose has been stuck for a couple of years also. I can inhale and exhale fine it’s just that one of my nostrils is always stuck and it switches everytime. When I put my finger under my nose and exhale, I can only feel wind coming from one of my nostrils instead of both. I’ve been to the doctors about my nose problem and they said it is the allergies and that some people have them for life but I don’t think that’s true. Because I know how it feels when you have allergies and this isn’t the same. I’ve heard of post nasal drip syndrome and I’m guessing I have that severely or maybe tonsil stones stuck deep in my nose or something. But I heard it goes away and doesn’t stay so I don’t know what to do anymore. And yes I do brush my teeth and use Therabreath mouth wash and it’s not working. I’m only 16

Hi there,

Have you ever considered going to an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist?  The Doc can do a scope through your nose to see if you have issues with sinus polyps or even see if you have silent reflux.

That can all explain your symptoms.

let me know okay.  I am not a Doctor but have been a patient for the past 10 years of various issues and have gained some experience and knowledge that I can share.

Hope this was helpful to you.
take care!  c
No I haven’t been to a nose specialist but I’ll make sure to make an appointment soon, thanks
