Not really worried, but just curious

I have never had high blood pressure or ever been told that it was anything but 'normal' by doctors, but recently I have had occurances at work and I'm just wondering if it has to do with the work and stress of the job and not something more serious.
I'm 19 years old, 5' 3'', 114lbs, and my BMI is about 19%.
Again, at every doctor appointment or check-up, I've always had normal blood pressure levels. A couple weeks ago at work, the nutritionist (or whatever he is called) came in to take our blood pressure, body fat precentages, etc. My blood pressure was 120/90. I didn't think it would be something to be worried about because of my past results and my eating and excercising habits, but he seemed generally concerned and told me we should really keep an eye on it and such.
My job is usually fast-paced and I'm usually going from the back of the store, to the front, and back to the backroom multiple times every hour. I usually do between 15K-20K steps in an 8 hour shift. Now my doctor has told me that I most likely have low blood sugar when I'm working because of this.
The nutritionist has come back several times since then and we have found that my blood pressure is normal before I start work, but about 2-4hrs in, I have a slightly high diastolic number. Hence why I believe it could be because of my job.
So I guess I'm wondering if this change could really be due to just my fast-paced and stressful work environment. And maybe any suggestions on how to help it if it is an early sign of a complication.
Thanks!

Do not worry! You are 19 years old! Healthy and active, you are just fine. A slight increase or decrease in blood pressure is not a cause for alarm. To be diagnosed with "High blood pressure" They have to take your BP at least 3 times and take the average. It can change or jump from simply seeing a doctor or if you just ran into the room. It is situational. Stress at work can be a participator but please don't be worried about it. High Blood Pressure starts usually in late 40s and up. It is called a "silent killer" since it really doesn't cause any symptoms but it can lead to major problems like a heart attack or stroke but again that is definitely more true when you get older.  Take care.

If your doctor said it's low blood sugar then have a fruit between your breakfast and lunch.
buy a book or DVD on meditation
