Not sure if its strep or mono or bad cold

I have had a sore throat for around 9 days. Started on slow as a little tickle in the back of my throat. Now it is a full on pain in the neck. My lymph nodes are swollen, tonsils are swollen and red with white ***** spots, and the back of my throat has them too. Its all closed in and tight. Its hard to swallow even water. I have muscle aches, and fatigue, but i also have a really bad cold and sinus problem. My ears feel all pressurized and are even starting to ache and my nose is completely full of snot every ten seconds even with sinus pills. I had even had blood come out when i blew my nose once or twice. I have looked up mono, strep throat, and the cold/flu. The thing is, i have symptoms from all but nothing pins it to just one. Me not having a rash and also having a really bad runny nose kind of pushes it away from strep and mono. though i do have body aches and severe fatigue and something that clearly looks like a bacterial infection. So maybe strep with a runny nose or is it just a bad cold that had developed a bacterial infection. I've been sick for 9 days. It just came on and hasnt gone away. I have no insurance so i can't see a doctor yet but if i feel its life threatening i will of course go in. I'm wondering if its just a cold will it pass in time. I also have had a fever for 3 days around 100 to102 degrees( which goes down when i take pills). Any advice or help would be great. I can't see it being strep, no one around me has gotten sick. It may be mono but there are too many cold symptoms. As for the flu i doubt it. Also even with tons of water i get bad headaches. But i'm no doctor. Thanks
