Not sure what to think

I feel weakened. kind of sleepy. very un-steady hands. a little bit of shakiness. and random muscle twitching in my hands. any ideas? it happenes every now and then. the twitching in the hand is very annoying. its not very prominent. twitches though. just small ones. also for the past few years. the area right under my left lower eye lid is almost ALWAYS twitching randomyly. again. its not very bad. just small. yet still annoying

Have you any illneses you are taking meds for sometimes there are side effects low blood sugar,Hypoglycemia,  can give you the symptoms you describe so next time it happens ,eat some thing maybe a sandwich with protein if you feelbetter then  its probably sugar related .yes it can also go on for many years , worth getting checked out at the Doctor to see what is going on ..
