Numbness, breathing problem?

Numbness, breathing problem?

Hi, I'm currently a 15 year old. (sorry if this is a wrong topic, I don't know what specific topic it would involve).
Over the summer in China, i started feeling some breathing problems on the second night, where i felt like i needed an extra/deeper breath after every other one, and i woke up with my legs and hands feeling slightly numb-ish/weaker than usual. I felt fine during the day when i was moving around, but when i laid down before sleep i felt those breathing problems again. When i went to the hospital both times, I had my blood taken and had my heart beat checked too (no x-ray), and the doctors said that it was just jet lag combined with heat and dehydration.
Since returning in August, there's this feeling that feels indescribable like I never fully got better. My breathing problem eventually went away, but only a few i feel like I'm out of breath and eventually cough/retch from that(sometimes while watching horror movies). Over the past few months, my hands and legs still feel kind of dead, numb and tingly when I don't move them, but its a different kind of numb feeling because I don't get the needles feeling when I move them around. My head feels slightly dizzy/tight as well sometimes, especially when i'm still.
I'm sorry if this description isn't that well, but is this some blood, respiratory, heart or nervous problem? I'm going into a doctor's tomorrow for a DPT vaccine as well, so i will mention all this. I haven't been to a doctor's in the past few months because this doesn't bother me during the day, mainly when I'm sitting still at computer or before falling asleep.

It sounds like it's a respiratory problem. Have you ever been checked for asthma? I'm glad to hear your going to the Dr tomorrow. Let us know what you find out.
