Ovarian/Foot pain simultaneously

Today I have been experiencing pain in my right ovary that immediately shoots down to the top of my right foot.  I am a bit concerned about what could be causing this.  I did remember today that I am possibly ovulating today and the pain is on the ovary I've been told has a cyst on it.  Could this cause me to feel a shooting pain on the top of my right foot?  Any ideas what this could be?  I'm a 42 yr old female that is otherwise healthy.

I would suggest seeing a doctor.  2 years ago I got pregnant with an ectopic pregnancy.  I had severe pain in my ovary area for months afterwards radiating down my leg to the bottom of my foot.  I switched doctors went into surgery and awoke to be told that I had severe acute pid.  I have recently undergone my last surgery with tissue removal from the uterus to the liver.  It could also also be a back problem.  Just get checked
