Ovarian Health

Hi! I am so glad to have found this site!! Last year I began have different types of  pain to the left of my abdomen, in my lower back, and down my left leg. I started getting nauseated and vommiting and eventually lost 15lbs. I started bleeding between cycles, having watery discharge, my groin lymphnodes are swelling, and the pain in the above areas is getting worse. It's increased so much that its hard to walk at times.  After a CT scan, they told me that its a multilocular cyst in my left ovary with calcification on my ovary and cervix. I also had an abnormal papsmear, but my dr. said it was normal and not to worry. He also said the cyst would go away. It's been almost a year and nothing has changed. My question is should I continue to wait and if not, how should I move forward? Thank you for your time. Blessings!! :)
