Ovary Pain

I am 23 years old. Recently married. I have been on the pill for 7 years now and recently went off about 2 months ago. While I was 16 or 17, I experienced a lot of pain in my right ovary and was diagnosed with a cyst that eventually went away itself.
  This month only a few days (while I was ovulating, but then again about a week later) I experienced a slight pain in both my ovaries. Worse when I have to urinate. I am really hoping this isn't another ovarian cyst, but is there any other diagnoses it could be?
  My sister tried getting pregnant for about 2 years, and had endometriosis and 2 polyps in her fallopian tubes. I know cysts are a sign of endometriosis. Should I be worried about this slight pain? We tried this month to get pregnant, coudl the pain be that?

I have cysts as well.  I started the pill as a sophomore in highschool because of horrible cysts & cramping that would come & go.  I continued to get them, but not as bad when on the pill, however birthcontrol didn't work for me & I did end up pregnant, 3x on the pill & after the 3rd they took out my galbladder thinking I was having problems with that, when I was actually allergic to the pill.  With my 4th pregnancy I did have a cyst & the pain was so severe I thought I'd lost the baby.  I sufferred with cysts up until he was born.  I did have a tubal ligation after that.  Now I have cysts occassionally.  Sometimes I think I can feel them coming on, but man if they burst, they'll almost drop me to the floor where I stand.  Then I'll be achy for a day or two.  Sometimes it's not a stabbing pain, but more of a gut shot that just hurts for a while.  I have found that since I've decreased the caffeine intake I have had fewer of them, but they haven't gone away.  

Hope this helps...I know how scary they can be until you understand them & in my case, I've learned to live with them.
