PAIN IN SHOULDER BLADES AND RIBS!!

I have very bad pain in the back of my shoulders and lower ribs! It hurts when I move my move my shoulders anyway and also hurts when I take a deep breath in! my bones feel eternally bruised!!  when i bend over or turn it hurts alot! On my right sides it mostly hurts straight from my shoulder blade straight down to the bottom of my back!! Most of all my bones feel very bruised and really hurt when i touch them when i lay down or when i take deep breaths! It has been like this for a long time! I have had chronic back pain for almost 5 years but it is very painful now! Any ideas of what it is?

Possible gall Bladder attack it really is painful starts under the right ribs radiates to the shoulder and into the back, if it contiues get it checked out, dont eat food late in the evening, low fat diet ,it is food that triggers the issue .Google for more information.

You need to see your Dr about this. If they find nothing wrong you might want to consider seeing a Chiropractor. They can align your back. See your family Dr first though. Take care. Remar
