PLEASE HELP ME

My sleeping patterns have been distorted (I am a junior at high school, i hope this somehow justifies it)

I have two questions
1) My head keeps throbbing, and my back always feels like it's heating up. Is this something I should be concerned about? Because I'm not sure if this is because i lack sleep or something else.

My mother has been partaking in this irregular sleep pattern just to wake me up and stuff. I can see she's tired and I'm so worried about her. I ask her to just sleep early and then wake up early to wake me up (because I really cannot wake up with alarm clocks, i use 8 and I still manage to sleep, does this extra information help?) anyways. I'm REALLY REALLY worried about her. What health implications could this cause in a woman who is in her mid 40's?

Please help me. I am so dreadfully worried and feel like it's all my fault. If I have someone who can help me with this inability to wake up or possible health implications this can causes maybe I can convince my mom to stop doing this for me because as thankful as I am... I'm so worried about her.

Asking people online about medical issues is always somewhat iffy. If a person has had a similar problem they can say what worked for them. I would personally tell you for you and your mom to go to the doctor. Get all the tests you can ( and maybe waste money ) BUT.... you would then have peace of mind that its not something obvious to medical professionals. Rule out the worst first then go from there.

What we all want (** especially me!) is someone to say you are normal... its ok... when health issues arise. Poor sleep and a irregular sleep schedule can harm you mentally as well as physically. The best you can do is get everything checked out. So long story short.. bad sleep can cause a lot but you have to have a professional ( or a few) tell you that they is nothing really medically wrong.

I wish you peace ( and sleep ! ) I personally sleep very poor... I chase the clock all the way around and end up feeling bad. I know how that irregular sleep can mess you up

These symptoms are something to be concerned about.  Areas the doctor may want to look at include endocrine hormonal levels, and with the throbbing headaches, they may want to order a CT scan or MRI of your brain, hopefully with and without contrast.

The pineal gland is your internal alarm clock and would seem yours may not be functioning properly?  It's great your mom is willing to do for you but you really need to get to a doctor to try to find out what may be causing the heated back and inability to wake easily.  There may be other ideas a medical doctor might have (I'm not one) that they will feel need to be tested.

Your mom does need her own rest & a messed up sleep cycle can affect a number of things in the body and affect mood, so please ask your mom about a trip to the doctor where you can outline your symptoms like you did here?
