Pain after laparoscopy?

I had a laparoscopic procedure performed 4 days ago to see what was causing my pelvic pain. The dr said that she found scar tissue built up from my last surgery due to an ectopic pregnancy. She said that she removed most of the adhesions but was unable to get all of them.
4 days later and I am experiencing a very horrible pain in my left side. It feels like a lot pf pressure just pushing down on my fallopian tubes. The pain meds are not working. Has anyone else ever experienced this. Has anyone else had pain at the spot where their scar tissue was removed. I dont want to have to go to the hospital if not necessary. I really cant afford another hospital visit.
