Pain and numbness in various spots

Unsure if I am posting this in the right forum, or even if I put this under the right topic...

Anywho... I sometimes find my elbows in pain and I am stuck with them being in the 'L' position and it hurts to even move my fingers when this happens.
And other times, more often, I'll get this insane pain in either one or both of my wrists (and just doing circle motions with them... they make really loud popping / cracking noises). And when this pain in my wrists happen, my thumb(s) will start twitching uncontrollably. Sometimes the pain is so bad in my wrist(s), that it will shoot up my arm(s).

THEN (I'm falling apart faster than the Scarecrow)

My upper legs will experience numbness (complete numbness... tested it out and punched both of them really hard... left bruises, but I couldn't feel the punching...). I have no idea what cause(s/d) it.

I'm full of issues, and I have more... but I know what forums they fall under =D So... any help that can be given, please, it's greatly appreciated!
