Pale circles under eyes
Hi, I've been stressing for months over my pale eyes!! I've read a few answers to a few similar questions but it doesn't seem to be the same thing. I'm a pale person however, my under eyes are much paler than my skin! I've used different coloured concealers to try and hide the colour difference but I can never fully make my face the same colour! It's not 'blotchy' or spotty, just simply pale!! Any techniques or tips/products to even My face colour out? Tia. X
