Palm rash, swollen sore joints, fatigue, eye infections

Hello, about 6 months ago I went to the doctor for a rash on the palm of my hands. The spots were not at all raised and appeared as small red spots under the skin on my palms and fingertips. The rash gave me the sensation of pins and needles. After a couple weeks my palms began to peel extremely bad, Making them not quite raw, but sensitive in areas. The first couple times this happened I treated myself for a fungal infection.
The doctor told me the only thing it could be was syphilis. He treated me with antibiotics and a shot. He also took blood and urine tests.
2 weeks later the test results came back negative. But the palm rash disappears completely. Upon hearing this news and the rash disappearing I went on with life and didnt look further into it.
Now the rash has reappeared and with the reappearance has helped me realize that other symptoms I had been having prior to the rash may be connected.
Im getting eye infection just as I was about the time of the first incidence. The initial diagnosis was that my contacts were just dirty causing the infection. Also I have been feeling extreme joint discomfort and body fatigue. I ignored this as much as I could the first time the symptoms arose putting it off as exhaustion from work. Im now working a job that requires me to be much less physical and the symptoms have returned with a vengeance. I am an avid hiker and disc golfer. I was generally out 3 or 4 times a week before this began but the fatigue and joint discomfort (especially in my knees) has brought my activities to a halt and began to make me miserable. My bowels have also become irregular and the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck and chin are swelling.
Could the tests have been incorrect and the doctor right? Im still dating the same woman. She took the antibiotics, but never got the shot due to the news of the test results.
If anyone knows what is wrong with me I would LOVE some advice.

It sounds like you have an infection. It could be lyme disease with a co-infection called bartonella. Are your joints painful on both sides of your body equally? The rash could be from bartonella or lyme. You can get lyme in Texas. My husband, son and myself all got lyme disease when we lived in Abilene TX over 10 years ago. My husband would break out in rashes like you along with the joint pain. He also suffed with IBS, lactose intolerance, swollen glands, neck pain and tightness, hair loss, fatigue and restless sleep. I suffered migraines, heart palpitations, fainting, swollen glands, mood changes, stomach problems, constipation, hair loss and fatigue. My son suffers with Chronic fatigue syndrome and some achiness in his neck, hands and other joints along with hair loss, stomach issues, swollen glands and lactose intolerance. You may have some of these symptoms I have listed and not realized they go along with your condition. We have many more symptoms that were not listed. If I were you I wouldn't waste any time and search out a lyme disease specialist in your area. If you go to lymenet.org you can ask them where to find a doctor in your area. A lyme specialist is the only one that will be able to diagnose you properly. We went to doctor after doctor and they labeled us with many different health conditions with no answer as to why. Lyme testing is very poor and you need to see this lyme specialist to have them assess your symptoms. You can not go by blood work alone. If you need help you can contact me. We are currently in treatment for lyme disease and have been for over 6 months. You can not let this go to long because you will only get worse and it will take longer to get better when you are put on medication.
