My name is Tina and I am 16, one of family's best friend's name is Phil and he is 20... He has panic attacks so often that I fear he thinks this is normal... but your problem does not sound like panic attacks to me. It still may be stress related but I do not think you could rate it as apanic attack. You may have a blood sugar disorder or not that I want to scare you... but it could be something extremely serious... I would advice you to go to a doctor a.s.a.p. It could save you from having a serious problem in the near future.
