Pea sized lump on left side of rib cage

I am a 25 year old male in good health. I noticed a pea sized lump on the left side of my body. It is located directly across from my left nipple and centered on the left side of my rib cage. If it were closer to my arm pit I wouldn't be concerned, but it is much lower. Again, approximately at the same level as my left nipple. Are there lymph nodes located in this area?
