Pectus Deformity and Seatbelt Usage

Hey, I have a moderate to severe pectus. I have no problems with it psychologically. I do have a concern though regarding car crashes and my pectus. I ALWAYS wear my seatbelt and seatbelts work by digging into your chest to keep you from slamming into the steering wheel or dashboard. Since there is a giant hole in my chest, the seatbelt makes less contact with my body than on someone without a pectus. I worry that because of my deformity the seatbelt could put to much force onto my chest and give me a heart attack, cause my heart to explore, or injury me some other way. Cosmetically I really don't care about it. I don't have a shortness of breath either. I just worry about what could happen if I was in a car accident.
