Pelvic Pain

Pelvic Pain

I am a 42 year old woman who has had severe pelvic pain and a narrowing of the stool for the last 6 months.  My period has only been lasting 1 -2  days since my pain started. I have been to the E.R. twice I had a CT scan, an abdominal  and pelvic ultrasound, upper GI, colonoscopy, I had never had surgery until I had a laproscopic surgery.  The doctor told me it would be a 30 minute procedure, it took 3 hours. The doctor reported minimal endometriosis.  He spent most of his time scraping and burning off a webbing of scar tissue that had grown into my colon. He was uncertain if the scar tissue came from the endo.  If not where did this come from? I have never had a surgery or C-section.  Since surgery my pain is still present.  It has and still is to the point where I am bed-ridden. The pain is constant, in my lower left side.  I have been taking oxycodone for the pain.     Which just makes it comfortable.  What can i do to find out what is causing this pain, so I can get a cure?
