Pinched Nerve?

I didnt know where else to ask this so ill justa sk it here! sorry if its the wrong area...

Was using nail clippers that were very bad and had to push down very hard to get them to cut, so the end of where i push down on them kept digging into near the end of my middle finger and it hurt a bit. Next morning i woke up and it was nearly completely numb. Went away the next day, but its been 2 weeks now and over these 2 weeks if i grab something that pushes down on that area decently hard it feels tingly and kind of numb. Is this a pinched nerve or something?

Hello~You could have temporarily damaged the nerve in that finger, it should clear up soon, if not, I would see a chiropractor, if it is a pinched nerve, he/she can certainly help.
