I was hoping it was an ear infection. It's been a week and I still don't know. Last week on Thursday evening I first had the symptoms. On the tuesday of that week I started taking Citalopram, i took it for 3 days, 10mg and then stopped because of thursday evening. Along side I've started using the pill again, microgynon 30 because my periods are too heavy. On the thursday evening i was sitting watching tv with my boyfriend and the tv started going out of focus and i felt very dizzy, i had a ringing in my ears and a tingling went right through me, my hands and feet felt very cold and prickly. I did have 500ml of fruit cider? maybe it reacted with the meds but i shouldn't be feeling ill a week later, surly. I became breathless and thought i was going to pass out. This was the worst out of all the ones I've had this week. I had about 4 in a row, coming in waves. Ever since I've had them in the evenings and in bed, particularly. My hands and feet are cold and tingling and I'm worried about blood clots. I have no idea whats going on. The symptoms last about 5 seconds but the hands and feet tingling stays. Last night was pretty bad. The dizziness is hard to explain, I've never felt it before, it isn't the usual head spinning. If you've ever passed out before its sort of like just waking up. I hate it. Ive not taken the pill today incase its that. Ive done the stupid thing of googling symptoms and theres something about a adrenal system tumour. Could it be something serious? Or an ear infection? I saw a new doctor yesterday, just graduated, she wasn't good at all, she said i was having panic attacks, trust me i wasn't. Im going back to my normal doctor on monday but I'm really scared and i hate going to bed now. This morning when i went to the toilet i noticed my toes were dark purple. Ive always had poor circulation but that worried me a lot. I shook them and they returned to pink. Could this be a blood clot or a simple ear infection? Im not getting any answers from anyone. Please please help me. I nearly called an ambulance when it first happened it was that bad. Thankfully they've been better since.
