Please suggest a couse of action

Hello all , i am a 20 years old . I am currently very tensed because of my current health issues . I'll describe all my symptoms , since they started three months ago. Please read through and help me in any way you can . I 've been to doctors many times in the last two months but its not getting better. I have no idea on which forum to post this, so posting it here.
I've lived in very humid and hot places all my life. This summer i worked in a very cold place for two months and i used to stay 24/7 in an AC workplace and a AC accommodation. after coming back to my home at the end of july, i had some stomach infection. It was like a constant feeling of about to defecate but didnt actually need to go to the bathroom, accompanied by some vague tiredness. i suffered for a week and then went to the doc. He had a scan done to my abdomen and told me it was a stomach infection and gave me the meds. Within two days, the symptoms vanished but started feeling a terrible weakness in my arms and legs , like they were empty. Couldnt keep them in one position for long. couldnt sleep properly , used to wake up every hour or so with a very uneasy sensation like impending doom.another consultation with the doc, and he told me to take Bcomplex and oral rehydration salts. After 3 days , i left for my college , and over the next 2 weeks, the weakness decreased considerably and i was also able to sleep better  , despite me having to walk considerable distances everyday. then i visited the doc again coz of a persistant headache and restlessness , he did a thyroid test and and it came out to be normal .he put me on bcomplex again . For two and half years now , occasionally i get a strong reflux after having a heavy meal , mostly rice and not other. i meantioned this to the doc and he put me on Pantocid . After two weeks the headaches persisted . it was like a liquid moving around in my head . I couldnt sleep because i felt like something was accumulating in my head and used to make me panic and i used to see bright spots when i closed my eyes. Had to sleep in a particular position only . another visit to the doc. She had an Xray taken in the PNS region and suggested a visit to the ENT . he put me on medication for 5 days after which the headaches vanished. The restlessness persisted along with palpitations and general unease in the chest. the doc saw that i had tremors in my hands and took me to a cardio. with 3 ECG's and a chest xray taken , the cardio said everything was normal and just added medication for the reflux i was having saying the uneasiness was due to it. and also he suggested me to a neuro and the following week , i visited the neuro and he did some examination like making me walk around, hold stuff etc and gave a blodd test for calcium, copper and ceruloplasmin and a check up for KF rings ( which werent present) . the blood test showed everything normal except Ceruloplasmin which was on 15.6 ( ideal was >20 ). but he said it was okay and put me on vitamin B tablets and Inderal for anxiety . 5 days after i started Inderal, i started having a tightness in my throat. It wasnt restricting me in anyway exceot it was very irritating and used to get worse in the night. this accompanied with random weakness in my hands and legs and occasional twitching ( very infrequent , like twice or thrice a day). not persistant . the doc said my throat was fine and gave some antibiotics. i decreased but has again increased in the past 3 days with the tightness spreading to the right shoulder and the right side of the neck . I have no difficulty swalloeing stuff nor is my speech in any way impeded. Thats it , I am afraid it might be ALS or something as bad. and its scarng me a bit , because of the weakness and stuff . but am actually pretty fine now cause am able to walk around and do my usual work without any bad effects . Please someone enlighten me on my situation.
My daily habits are : 6-7 hrs in front of the laptop ( its bad, but i cant avoid it :( ) and usually first meal of the day at 1PM and dinner in the night with snacks in between ( no breakfast and am a vegetarian ) .

I'll see if my condition gets any worse over time and if so, then i'll get to the Rheumatologist. Fortunately my institute gives me 50,000 bucks in med insurance :) and also Could you suggest any good Iron Foods ? and thanks for the help :)

Thanks for your suggestions everyone. My condition has improved dramatically since my first post. I guess the problem was with my diet. I started taking high protein, iron food a a couple of weeks ago and already am feeling stronger. The discomfort i've been feeling has also decreased very much in frequency and duration. I've decided to lay off the meds for sometime as i've been taking many for the last two months.

Sounds like your IRON levels may be off, since you are a vegan, you need to supplement something to replace the iron that u normally get from red meat.  I would watch how many doctors you went to , I realize initially you were at your wits end and doctors were throughing you around but you generally  need to stick to one doctor and make sure that your regular doctor knows what another doctor prescribes to you and vice versa, to many doctors with to many prescriptions can be fatal if everyone is not on the same page. Also try a rheumotologist if your insurance will cover the cost of a specialist, they tend to do different tests, make sure a full panel blood screen is done on you and watch out for the energy drinks, those can make you have some of the symptoms you have described.

Anxiety attacks can cause horrible physical symptoms (I get them).  Have you been to a mental health specialist?  My doctor put me on celexa and my anxiety is much better.  You might want to start with something like this to see if it narrows down anything.
