Post Nasal Drip and Swollen Lymph Node

3 months ago I began experiencing post nasal drip with recurring sore throats.  One month later (two months ago) I experienced a painless, slightly swollen lymph node that has not gone away. I am just wondering, could my swollen node be caused by the post nasal drip? And, will it not go away until I get the post nasal drip cured?

I had what you are experiencing and continue to have horrible symptoms due to post nasal drip. The sore throat is caused from the post nasal drip.  I have Kaiser and they looked down my throat, etc., and Monday I am going back for more test. I will keep you posted.
