Profuse sweating and headaches after working constructions

26 years old, very active, just switched jobs from fighting fire off a helicopter to construction. First day at new job I noticed I was sweating perfusly. Worked the whole day and got in the truck with driver and within 15 minutes of sitting I began to have trouble breathing. Soon I had a headache and my skin began to pale. I could barely talk. I'm an EMT and figured maybe I was having a heat stroke so started trying to cool my body. I decided to get out of the truck and immediately had full body cramps. I felt like I was going to pass out so I had the driver take me to the ER. By the time of arrival I was uncontrollably shaking. My initial BP was 86/52. They said my kidneys were at 50 percent functioning. All my mineral levels were depleted. High white blood cell count and low red blood cell count. They kept me overnight and realeased me when the labs looked in range. I was put on light duty until recently. Today was my first day back and I started working and immediately started sweating profusely again. I feel fine while working but once again, avout an hour after I get a horrible headache and hard time concentrating. I completely lose any appetite. I drink a lot of fluids so I should be well hydrated. I also when I sleep I wake up at least 4 times a night. Sometime to go pee but sometimes for no reason. I really need help figuring this out because I can't keep having this happen. The doctor put me on high blood pressure meds and still my blood pressure is a little high.

Argh!!  This is greatly impacting your life. When you were on light duty, did you have these issues at all?  Or were you fully recovered?  I hate to say it, but this might not be the job for you if it triggers such reactions from your body.  Could you have anxiety?  I wonder due to the issues at night time.  Your blood pressure, from the one number you listed here doesn't seem high at all.  86/52 is really a nice low number.  So, I'm a little confused by that.  What about an electrolyte replacement drink instead of water through out your work day?  OR, are you over hydrating which can lead to significant issues too???

Yes the blood pressure was low when I went in because I think I was basically going into shock. My bp is now about 136/92 range normally. I actually didn't have one small incident when i wa son light duty. I got into the dump truck that sits a little higher, about the hieght of a semi. Within 10 minutes I started getting that pressure in my head and light headedness. It stayed like that for about an hour and then went way. Really weird. As far as drinking water, the day I initially went to the ER all I had drank was water, no gatorade, and a lot of it. Still sweating like crazy but also i didn't use the bathroom at all. Once I did pee in the ER it was dark like I hadn't drank much water. When it happened yesterday I was drinking water before but I brought a Gatorade and drank it while working. We probably worked for about 1hr 30 minutes. This morning when I woke up I felt like crap. I was hot and felt dehydrated. But, I took my vitamins ( Calcium magnesium zinc, potassium, iron and had breakfast. Felt the same until about 2 hours into the day when I stared drinking a thing of Gatorade. I've been drinking it all day and feel pretty good but then again I've done very little physical this morning.
Also my chest was kind of tight this morning. More difficult to breath.
I drank a 64 oz bottle of Gatorade today. Still feel the tension in my head

I woke up this morning and tossed and turned a lot last night. I feel hot and weak. Mouth is dry and I have a slight sore throat.
