Randomly start feeling bad/sick/faint

It's been 3 weeks that I've been sick with something (don't know what).
I have symptoms of the flu but with no fever.
I get frequent headaches and back of my head pressure and numbness/tingling.

Usually during the evening, sometimes in the afternoon I start feeling bad. Like I feel it in my throat and chest and sometimes the back of my head has lots of pressure. I don't think it's nausea and doesn't really feel like anxiety.

Please anything is helpful

All my doctor did was take some blood tests, say everything looks good and sent me on my way. I still feel like this though and I don't know what else to do.

I would go to your doctor immediately and tell him/her what you are experiencing.  I would not wait to do this either.  It is very important to get your doctor's advice when you are feeling like this.
