This has been going on for a couple of months?

It sounds like cellulitis, and honestly hun - you really should have a doctor look at it.

Ease off washing with heavily perfumed soaps.  Use something antibacterial, unscented and hypoallergetic (Provon or Satin. Wear only clean bras, and wash the area gently twice a day.  If you can't stand soap or it's drying it out too much, switch to H2Ocean or Sea Salt Washes (essentially Saline rinse).

Without a doctor to perscribe antibiotics, I'm not sure you can get rid of it. Good luck hun. Let us know how it goes.

You could try Bepanthen cream, its used for nappy rash on babies and also to heal fresh tattoos, you can get it from any supermarket in the baby section or from the chemist its great stuff, or alternatively you could try paw paw ointment, its excellent for healing burns, grazes and just about any skin problem.
Hope this helps :)

You could try using Grapefruit Seed extract to treat a rash. If that does work spray Eucalyptus oil upon it and see how it goes..

Good luck, hope it helps
