Puffiness under the eyes can be due to several causes.Fatige, lack of sleep, overexertion, stress, allergies, sinus problems are few common causes. You can try using eye drops for irritation caused by allergies. You can try few things like drinking lots of fluid to prevent dehydration. Decrease salt intake in your diet. Take plenty of sleep and rest. Application of cucumber slices or chilled tea bags can help. If the symptoms are severe consult a doctor. Keep me posted on how you are doing.
