Reoccuring Yeast Inf

In late January I was diagnosed w/a yeast infection, my 1st ever (Im 31). The dr gave me 2tabs of Diflucan & also ointment. Ive since then gone through 3tubes of ointment, both Diflucan, & 3Monistat 1day treatments. I cannot get this to go away. My labia are swollen & as red as beets. Itching & burning are driving me crazy! What else can I do? Could it be something else?

are you possibly having sex with an infected partner??? He/she could and would most likely pass it back and forth, if they havn't taken any meds for it(?).

I apologize if this has already been covered. I didn't even bother to see if someone else had already mentioned this. Personally, when I was a young sexual stud, I too had to take these 2 gigantic horsepills, in order to stop passing the yeast inf. back to my honey at the time...
