Ringing in ears, light headed and fatigued

I have been feeling strange now for the past 6 weeks, it is hard to describe, I would not say dizzy but more of a lightheaded feeling and sometimes my legs feel heavy and I have to stop or hold on to something. I also have a continuous ringing in my ears but only bothers me when I concentrate on it. I have gone from hating lying in bed in the mornings to not wanting to get up and feeling extremely tired all day long. I have no symptoms when sitting but I feel like I don't want to socialise as I feel safer sat down.
I have just sold my business and about to start a university course so stress could be a factor. I have also had 6 weeks off not working so could the tiredness just be my body reacting to not having work pressures etc?
I will go the doctors soon I just keep hoping it gets better, I think the worrying though is making it worse! The symptoms have started since I have been on holiday in Egypt where I kept hydrated at all times, the only thing I had on holiday which made me feel strange was a deep massage in my shoulder that was quite painful

I get dizzy like that but I have Meniere's Disease. In case you don't know, it's an inner ear disorder. It can cause vertigo and anxiety issues which I have both. Also are you eating enough?

Hello!

I get the lightheadedness and the weird feeling in the legs sometimes too. I have them as a result of a panic attack or something to do with my anxiety. (I've been housebound since April)

Stress could be causing it, along with the worrying about it. Worrying is not good. Whenever it happens to me, I turn every sound off, I close all the curtains, and lay down somewhere and breathe deeply. Don't worry who will see you or whatever, I learned that you need to stay calm when you feel that way (if this is a result of anxiety).

The deep massage could've also released something and now you could be feeling this way. Like I said, don't worry about it when it happens, just calm down.

The fatigue, I had the same thing, was because I was slowing down in the things I was doing. Like I stopped going to school, I stopped cleaning, I stopped doing everything, and no matter how long I slept the night before, I was capable of sleeping the entire day as well. I think that was because I was extremely depressed and stressed out, and that could be your cause too, stress.

My only advice until you make it to the doctors is, stay calm, take deep breaths when you feel you start to worry, and relax!
