Sharp pain in Ribs

I have no Idea what this could be,but for the last two years I have been having very sharp pain in my lungs,when I take deep breaths it hurts worst,so I try to not breath as much when this is happening.
The same time this started I started having my vains in my hands and for-arm  swell up and it actually hurts,alot?
I dont understand what it can be,but also above my chest has been having a tingly feeling,sort of like it's asleep,or a bunch of small things are crawling through it very fast.

please give me any idea of what this could possibly be?
