Shortness of Breath
I have Sjogren's syndrome and I may also have autoimmune hepatitis.  I recently developed shortness of breath.  I had my gallbladder removed three weeks ago.  I had a negative CT angio of my lungs.  My chest xray was also negative.  I am short of breath even at rest.  I also have some muscle weakness.  It's difficult for me to get up from bed or a chair.  I have numbness in the tips of my big toes.  I am also profoundly tired.  I was wondering if the shortness of breath could have anything to do with Sjogren's or autoimmune hepatitis.
