Sinuses causing teeth pain

I had an opiate addiction for just over 2 years snorting them was my vice I quit cold turkey 39 days ago but the problem I've ran into is teeth pain top same side of my nostril of choice non stop pain and have resorted to snorting Tylenol it's only thing that helps I've tried nasal cleanser etc nothing helps I don't want to snort anything anymore but I'm scared to talk to primary care physician  any suggestions
