Skin infection/irritation around fingernails
For the past 6-8 months I have had this skin irritation around two of my fingers. Not sure how it started by for the last month and a half I have been using betadine to try and treat it with no success. I'm not sure if it is a skin infection.

You may need topical antibacterial or (more likely) antifungal treatment prescribed by your doctor.
