Small red spots in my pubic hair?

I am a 15yr old male, and I've never had sex (obviously), but I've researched online to the best of my ability, and been scared by the fact I could have an STD, but I put that aside as I'd never had sex. Although, about a month or two ago I shaved my pubic hair (was a very bad idea in retrospect), and I used my parents razor without telling them. After reading some stuff online I was worried that I had managed to contract something from that but I don't know if this is possible. Before all this though, they appeared seemingly out of knowhere, and before they appeared I did scratch my pubic hair a bit because it became really itchy, and when the spots came I itched them too. But just this morning, I squeezed the biggest spot in my pubic hair, and puss came out of it. I realised that this is an infection most likely. But one big problem I have the the insecurities I have with my body, and I hate showing it, (mainly because I am covered with eczema), so much so I hate getting. Changed in PE and sometimes find ways to get out of it. I really don't know if I have the courage to tell anyone about this, even my parents and definetly not a medical professional. But I feel as if I post it online it's slightly more anonymous and that gives me some comfort.
Some help would be greatly appreciated :)
