Smoking Green Tea, Trying to Leave Cig

I need help. i am an active smoker use to smoke about 20 cig a day, due to heavy smoking habit it was almost impossible for me to leave cig however i was getting frustrated from this. So, i decided to cut down my cig as much as possible and having green tea instead.

Started mixing green tea and tobacco so i would not get craving of cig. Green tea i use is Tulsi (Ocimum Tenuiflorum) Green Tea which i use as my bed tea as well.

from past week i have been smoking these joint and having 4-5 regular cig a day. Somehow i have managed to control my tobacco smoking habit with this.

but my stomach is acting funny now... in starting of week i had diarrhea and loose motions as well but now I feel like diarrhea but nothing comes out. I have a weird feeling in stomach all the time not exactly a pain.

I am not sure if it's because i am mixing green tea and tobacco together or smoking regular cig as well.

First, congratulations on trying to stop smoking.

I think that trying to smoke the green tea is definitely having a bearing on your tummy pain. I would stop for awhile and see if it goes away.

that definitely could be from somking the tea. I used to be a pack a day smoker myself, but now im down to smoking 3 or less a day from using an electric cig. you should try that instead if your having pains like these.

It is very good that you are trying to stop smoking, and that will benefit your overall health.  The green tea used in this fashion may very well be causing your stomach and digestive problems.
