Some kind of stomach disease??

Not really sure which catagory this belongs in. Well for the past five days or so I've been nauseous, having stomach pains, hungry 24/7, and losing weight. Also my stool is red! This is really worrying me.
When I say I've been hungry 24/7 I MEAN IT! I haven't felt full for the past five days!
However nothing cathed my appetite, I just eat it anyway.. Its so weird! My stomach always feels empty but I dont want to eat. Plus the nausea... any help would be appreciated!

Causes of blood in the stool can include:

hemorrhoids
anal fissures
colon polyps or colon cancer
diverticular bleeding
inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

It sounds like you are getting anemic from the bleeding. Do not delay seeing a doctor.
